When considering hiring a Virtual Assistant, I suspect that many business owners consider how long it would take them to perform a task rather than how long it would take the Virtual Assistant.

With this in mind, here are 30 things a Virtual Assistant could do in under one hour that would free you up to do what actually makes you money.

  1. Data entry approximately 75-100 contacts into an excel spreadsheet
  2. Research a prospective client
  3. Check your email and sort, answer and forward incoming messages as required
  4. Respond to around 10-20 emails on your behalf
  5. Create a newsletter template on MailChimp
  6. Update content on 1-5 website pages (depending on number of changes to be made)
  7. Research ideas or facts for your next blog post
  8. Write a blog post from dot points you’ve provided
  9. Find images for you to use in blog posts and social media
