These are some of the programs and sites that I use and recommend. If you’re looking for a Calendar/Booking App for your website (and Facebook), a place to store files and share information, if you’re a new Virtual Assistant, or are thinking about becoming one, or if you’re looking for a new hosting provider, the places listed below are all personally recommended. If you’re not sure, or you have questions, feel free to drop me a line and I’ll do what I can to answer your queries.

Appointment Scheduling For Your Website, Business Calendar For Your TeamIf you like my popup Calendar/Booking Form, you might like vCita.Let people book appointments from your website or Facebook page. It can display a list of services and fees as well as appointment options. When someone books an appointment, you’re sent an email so you can accept or reject the appointment. You’re also sent reminders and have the ability to send followups. So check it out on the vCita website

DropboxDropbox is awesome! It’s a great way to share files and to store documents and images that you want to be able to access from anywhere.I have a folder/folders for each of my clients, a folder of ebooks, all the photos I take back up to a Dropbox folder, plus a business folder with things I might need when I’m out of the office. Another huge bonus is that it keeps all versions of a file back 30 days! That means that if you accidentally delete something or you make a mistake you can easily go back to a previous version. hostgator

Hostgator is the provider I use for web hosting, and the one I recommend to clients.  I have very little downtime and the small amount I have is only ever for 1-2 minutes. If you’re concerned about uptime and would like me to share my Pingdom reports, just let me know.

Please note that I have an affiliate account with Hostgator and do get a payment for any hosting purchased via this link.
