Give Access To Your MailChimp Account
If you need help with your newsletter, it’s really easy to give access to your Mailchimp account to others so that they can create, edit, proofread or send your campaigns.
- Click the down arrow in the top right corner (next to your account name) and select Account
- Click Account settings, then Account Users
- Click Invite a User
- Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to
- Set the appropriate User Type. See what can be accessed by the various permission levels here
- Send invite
Note that the access levels can be changed later if required, so if you’d rather set them at the minimum level in the first instance, you can increase the access level if it becomes necessary in future.
