Give Someone Access To Xero

Give Someone Access to Xero

If you’re using Xero (and so many businesses are now days) it’s really easy to give someone access to perform the tasks you need them to do, without giving them access to everything.

  1. Log into Xero, select Settings, then General Settings

  2. Click on Users (it’s in the right hand column)

    2 Users
  3. Click the “Invite a User” button
    3 Invite a user
  4. Enter their name & email address, select the permissions you want them to have (Note: you can see a full list of permissions at https://help.xero.com/au/Settings_UsersRoles ) then click “continue” and an invitation will be emailed to them4 Invite_a_user
  5. You can see who your users are, and what permissions they have on the User screen. Just click on a user’s name to change the permissions they have or to delete them.5 User_roles

It’s that easy! Then if you ever want to change the access level, or remove a user altogether, just click on their name and you can make any changes necessary.
