Planning for your business can be time consuming and not something you will easily find time for. If you don’t you will find that things pile up, go wrong, get missed or meander along without direction.
Because the rest of the world won’t stop and allow you time to just concentrate on planning, it’s something that only happens when it’s most needed, i.e. when you’ve got no customers! If you make planning a regular part of your “quite time”. Or even something that’s firmly diarised for annual review. Then you can make sure it happens with a minimum of fuss.
It’s also helpful to have a bit of help, which is where a Virtual Assistant comes in handy. You need to make all the business decisions. But, so much of the planning process is collecting information and resources and then collating it. That is all time consuming work that you really don’t need to do.
With that in mind, the video above looks at three stages of the planning process; 1. Creating the plan, 2. Constructing the plan, 3. Reviewing the plan. Then shows how you can split up the work so that you only deal with business decisions while your Virtual Assistant deals with the collection and creation of data.
