How A Virtual Assistant Can Help Give Your Business Image A Makeover

If you want to give your business image a makeover, but don’t have the time, don’t despair. There’s a lot your Virtual Assistant can do to help out and take the time consuming stuff off your plate.  Here are just a few of the things they can do:

How A Virtual Assistant Can Help Give Your Business Image A Makeover - Sharyn Munro Virtual Assistance

Liaise with designer to create a new or refreshed logo

Depending on their skill set and your needs, your Virtual Assistant can either help you to design a new logo, or work with a graphic designer to create a new logo.  Your Virtual Assistant can make sure that you get your logo in all formats you need it (for web, printing etc), and note the fonts and colours used to keep your branding consistent.

Create new document templates

Your Virtual Assistant can create templates using your new logo, colour and font choices. They can also update existing templates. Don’t forget to update the logo and colours on the templates in your CRM, invoicing software and email marketing software as well.

Update social media profiles with new logo and/or colours

Get your Virtual Assistant to update all of your social media profiles to use your new logo.  They can also update to your customer colours where possible.  Your Virtual Assistant can also design, or work with a designer to create cover images for all of your social media profiles.

Create a style guide

Once you’ve got all this lovely new branding, you really need to make a note of all the details. While it’s easy to remember what fonts, colours and logos you’re using when you’re updating everything at once – further down the track when you’re updating a single document it’s harder. So if you have a document (it doesn’t need to be more than a page, if that), detailing what colours, fonts, font sizes, font styles and logo shapes or formats you use for each element it makes updates and new documents easy and consistent.

Organise website updates

Now that you’ve got your new colours, fonts and logos settled you need to get them on your website.  Your Virtual Assistant can make the necessary changes. If specialist coding is needed that’s outside their skill set, they can work with your website designer to make the changes, or find someone who can make the changes for you.

It’s that easy… just talk to your Virtual Assistant about what you want and in no time they’ll have helped you give your business image a makeover.
