I’m sure you can come up with a whole list of things that you would love to get off your plate as well. Some of the other things I’d suggest outsourcing are producing newsletters, finding images, research, making bookings, event organisation, diary management, bank account reconciliation, bill payments, invoicing, chasing up unpaid invoicing… In fact, anything that takes you a long time to do, adds extra stress to your day or takes you away from your core business during key times is something you should consider outsourcing. Jobs that you enjoy or that give you a break from the daily grind are things you should continue to do yourself as long as you don’t find them to be a chore and they don’t impact on your ability to provide your core business services.
